Did wine tasting and toured apple orchards. On Madeline island, found an alpaca farm, operated a loom and learned how to make candles. Dog attended her first parade. (Apple Fest)

Enjoyed beaches in Herbster, Cornucopia and Little Sand Bay - 7 min driveFinished the day at Hauser's Farm and shops in Bayfield before sunset on Little Sand Bay beach. It was the first ever vacation for our dogs."

We like Coco in Washburn for it's vegetarian options and dog friendly terrace. Top walks were Houghton Falls and Meyers Beach trail. We fully appreciated the cabin's durability when a storm ravaged highway 13. We nickname your place "the tank." From beautiful sunsets to air so fresh I wish I could bottle it and bring it back to Kathmandu (Nepal) with me.
