The cabin is open year round. Since the cabin is optimized for a couple, preferred occupancy is for two adults — though if you have two kids, one could sleep on the couch (not a pull out), and the other on the chaise lounge — or you could use a blow up mattress. 

Check in is 4:00 PM or later. Check out is by 11:00 AM. When you book your reservation we will send you specific directions to the cabin.

Rules:

There is NO SMOKING in the Cabin or on the Premises outside. Please respect our neighbor's privacy — all lakefront property in the neighborhood is private — but there are plenty of beautiful beaches just a few minutes away — see Activities!

Dog-Friendly:

We are one of a handful of lodging establishments in the Bayfield area that is "pet friendly."  Each dogs is $28.day plus tax, due to extra cleaning expense for hair, wear and tear, etc.

Please have flea and tick control in place for your dogs, since we can't guarantee that they won't get ticks and fleas if they wander back into the woods!  

In order to save our beautiful hardwood floors, please ensure that your dog's nails are trimmed and filed (to not be sharp) prior to arrival. Also, always remember to wipe their paws before they come in, since there is a lot of clay in the area. There is a hose outside in the spring, summer and fall that you could use to wash off their paws the then towel them off. Please bring your own dog towel(s).

We reserve right to refuse your reservation depending on type and number of dogs.

Payment Policy:

Payment for your stay is due upon booking.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel less than 60 days from your stay, there is no refund.

If you cancel within 60 – 90 days of your stay, we will refund half of the money for your stay, minus a $75 processing fee. The half that is kept will be fully credited to you, should you stay at the cabin at any time during the following six months (subject to availability). 

If you cancel more than 90 days out from your stay, you will receive a full refund less a $75 processing fee.
