RATES VARY DEPENDING ON weekend or weekday, or if there is a holiday or special event.

Typically tHERE IS A MINIMUM TWO DAY STAY - but we make occasional exceptions. IF YOU SEE A DAY BY ITSELF ON THE CALENDAR - JUST E-MAIL hausersbayfieldcabin@gmail.com - AND I can let you know.

For every extra person beyond two or each dog - $28 per night plus tax is added - For EXAMPLE - FOR 2 DOGS OR 2adults and 2 kids AND NO DOGS - $56 per night PLUS TAX is added.  

For a dog - please just enter it into the system as an extra person and please note in comments that it is a dog. Please let us know what age and breed of dog (s) you have when making your reservation for our approval (most are).

Security Deposit

There is a $300 damage deposit which will be processed the day of your stay. It is just a pre-authorization on your card - and only charged if there are issues. The pre-authorization is released after your stay.

(Full payment of your reservation is due upon booking. Should you cancel greater than 90 days from your stay - we will give you a full refund. 60-90 days away - 50% refund. Less than 60 days - no refund (unless someone else books out your dates - then we will give you a full refund - less a $75 admin fee for the time it takes to re-do all of it)
